Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Andrew spent over a decade working at the Pickering and Darlington Nuclear Generating stations in a variety of technical and senior leadership roles. Throughout his career, he acquired a deep understanding of nuclear engineering design, operations, maintenance, mega-projects, training, and corporate strategy.

Andrew has earned recognition for finding innovative solutions that significantly improve the top and bottom lines, showcasing his ability to create value and drive strong financial performance. As an award-winning professional, he is known for his exceptional leadership qualities, political acuity, emotional intelligence, and a track record of delivering outstanding results—qualities that have helped him make a significant impact when developing and mentoring other leaders.

Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University), and is currently a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
