Magdy Samaan is the Design Manager for WestEnd Connectors. Magdy has over 25 years of extensive experience in the planning, design, construction, and project management of transportation and transit projects. Magdy earned his bachelor degree in Civil engineering in Egypt, a Master of Science in Geotechnical engineering in Germany and his PhD in structural engineering in Canada.

Magdy is the Vice President of Transportation Central Canada at EXP and adjunct professor and member of the Advisory Committee, Council of the Department of Civil Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto.
