Paul Jarvis is editor of Partnerships Bulletin and P3 Bulletin, the two titles that are dedicated to covering infrastructure-based public-private partnerships across the globe. Paul joined the Bulletin in 2010, becoming editor of Partnerships Bulletin later that year and launching P3 Bulletin, focused on the growing Americas markets, in October 2013. More recently, Paul helped lead the transition of the Bulletin to its new home at Haymarket, and since then has overseen the relaunch of both editorial websites, the expansion of the Global Projects Tracker, the launch of the regular podcast series, 3Ps in a Pod, and the development of Partnerships TV. Paul is also heavily involved in the events side of the business, including advising on content, hosting panels, chairing boardroom discussions and conducting on-stage interviews.
