Ms. Tamica Charles is a qualified Attorney at Law having completed her Bachelor of Laws with the University
of the West Indies in 2002 and obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School,
Trinidad & Tobago in 2004.

Ms. Charles is trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the ADR Chambers of the Sitt Feld & Handy
Group. She is a High Potential Leader as certified by the Harvard Business School and holds postgraduate
certification in Public Procurement Law and Policy from the University of Nottingham and a Master of
Business Administration in Corporate Governance.
Ms. Charles has extensive experience serving on the Executive Management Team of various State and QuasiPublic Organizations where she held the positions of General Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs and

Corporate Secretary. The experience gained in the various industries ranging from energy, health and library
& information systems provided a solid networking foundation and industry specific knowledge, which
augured well for Ms. Charles when she joined the construction industry in March 2015 through her
engagement with the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Limited as the Corporate
Secretary
