Gabriel Medel-Carratala is Director of Operations of Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. In this
role, Gabriel currently is the Project Co representative in Ontario Line - Southern Civil, Stations
and Tunnel.

Before being named as Director of Operations, Gabriel was Project Director for the extension of
the Highway 407 Phase 2 and Construction Manager for 407 East Extension Phase 1, both P3
projects. Prior to being in Canada, Gabriel served as Project Director in a P3 project in Texas
(USA), focused on the building of a greenfield highway, and before that time in various
infrastructure projects in Spain. Gabriel has worked with for Ferrovial for 32 years.
Gabriel earn a MBA from EOI in Madrid and is a Civil Engineer, holding a degree from the
Polytechnic University of Valencia.
