Mr. Ishmael Leon has over 25 years of financial and management accounting experience spanning the telecommunications and maritime sectors. He holds a Master of Buisness Administration in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies majoring in Accounting, both from the University of the West Indies. He is currently employed to the Port Authority of Jamaica in the capacity of Vice President, Finance.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ports Management & Security Limited, Kingston Container Terminals Limited and Security Administrators Limited.
Mr. Leon is married to wife Althea and has two children.
