Danny Giacomel is currently one of EllisDon Corporation’s leaders in Public Private Partnership (PPP) project delivery and is heading EllisDon Capital’s Infrastructure Group in projects in Canada and internationally.

Danny’s experience includes over twenty five years in the construction and PPP industries. Recently, he has focused his efforts on expanding EllisDon’s PPP market share through a number of different consortia, including EllisDon Infrastructure, Integrated Team Solutions (ITS), Hospital Infrastructure Partners Inc. (HIP), TransEd Partners, and other pursuits in the United States.

Danny has been responsible for leading the RFP submissions for a number of PPP projects across Canada, such as Swift Current Long Term Care, Waterloo Region Consolidated Courthouse, Airport Rail Link, Penticton Regional Hospital, and the Regional Mental Health Care, London projects. Currently, he is also providing governance and oversight on the ProjectCo Boards for a number of active PPP projects, including the New Toronto Courthouse, and Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
