Ms. Michaeline Narcisse is a results-oriented professional with nearly thirty years of experience in project planning, management, procurement, and international business development. Currently serving as Trade Commissioner at the High Commission of Canada in Trinidad and Tobago, she is responsible for the infrastructure, clean technology, education and oil and gas, and is directly involved in assisting Canadian exporters enter the Trinidad and Tobago market by providing business leads and opportunities.
Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in managing World Bank Technical Assistance Loan Programs, advising on the removal of technical constraints, and overseeing the implementation of programs and projects in the Public Sector Investment Programme. Ms. Narcisse has a strong educational background, including a BA in Economics and History, an MBA in Joint Venture Management and International Finance and the FITT International Trade Diploma.
