Edgar is a Trade Commissioner with more than fifteen years of work experience in sectors such as: production, competitiveness, agriculture, rural development, housing, international trade, security and defense, infrastructure, investment attraction and trade promotion.
Edgar has extensive experience in strategic management creating links between private companies, and between private companies and government entities, to achieve businesses that allow achieving objectives and meeting the needs of large projects at the public and private level.
Edgar holds a BA in Business and International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador among other certifications obtained mostly in Europe.
