Stéphanie Vaillancourt was appointed President of AtkinsRéalis for Canada in the fall of 2023. She is responsible for leading teams in several sectors, including Engineering services, Operations and Maintenance and Capital.
With more than 25 years of corporate experience, Ms. Vaillancourt joined AtkinsRéalis in 2016 and became part of the company's Leadership team in 2019 as Executive Vice President, Capital and Treasurer. She was later given additional responsibilities as President, Capital and Operations & Maintenance. In this role, she was responsible for project investments, managing the infrastructure investment portfolio, and leading the company's global operations and maintenance activities.
With a master’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA/CGA) designation, Ms. Vaillancourt is committed to promoting Canadian engineering everywhere.
