Canada has been a global leader in the P3 space, but with a multitrillion-dollar focus on rebuilding its infrastructure and economic prowess, the United States is an emerging behemoth in the global alternative delivery space. As its biggest trading partner and neighbour, many of the top infrastructure players active in Canada comfortably engage in projects on both sides of the border and are intrigued by the tremendous potential for growth in the U.S. What impact is this having on our market and ability to successfully procure critical projects in an increasingly competitive market for labour, talent, materials and funding?
